Our Team

Behind the wechange co-operative are many different people who are committed to a common vision and do their best in the process. We have no desire for rigid hierarchies, which is why we get involved in various circles according to the sociocratic model and help decide where things are going. Many of us are also members of the cooperative in addition to being employees.

In the photo you can see some of us on one of our team days in our Co-working space in Berlin. As we live in very different places, we generally work remotely. So it's all the nicer when we really get to see each other again.
