In the centre:
Die User
- Users are the central actors of the portal.
- They can be imported or register themselves.
- Users can then fill out their profile, match with other users or groups, browse the portal’s content and, of course, create new content themselves.
- Users can have different permissions.
- There is no upper limit for the number of users on your portal.
Getting together:
Groups & Projects
- Users come together in groups to communicate and work together. They have access to a variety of tools↓ to select which will be displayed together on the group dashboard.
- All groups have a Microsite, through which members can communicate to the outside world who they are and what they do.
- Groups are self-managed by its members. You can have an unlimited number of members. Likewise, a user can be a member of as many groups as they want. The number of groups on the portal is also unlimited.
- Groups can contain projects . A project has the same functions as a group and therefore functions like a sub-group. By nesting groups and projects, organizational structures can be mapped in the portal.

- Zusätzlich zur Kollaboration in Gruppen und Projekten ermöglicht euren Usern auch, sich zu vernetzen, zu informieren und die eigenen Aktivitäten sichtbar zu machen.
- In the Forum all users of the portal are united. Here they can share news and events with each other or exchange knowledge and experience.
- On the Map , the portal's groups and projects are displayed, and depending on the visibility settings, the user profiles are also displayed. Here, users can search through the content and filter by topic to find out about exciting activities and to make contact.
- Optionally, users can also use a matching tool with which they can find like-minded users or groups and projects.

wechange.de ist eines der mehr als 20 UniteOS-Portale, die wir betreiben. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Portalen erfolgt dies bei wechange.de jedoch nicht im Auftrag einer Organisation oder Kommune, sondern wir als Genossenschaft selbst bieten die Plattform direkt und frei zugänglich für End-User an.
You can register for free on wechange.de to register and then a Create group. You can then invite your colleagues to the group to test the collaboration tools together. Or take a look at the Map, which other groups and projects there are in your area or on your topics on wechange.de.
Most Funktionen von UniteOS you can test it immediately on wechange.de. We will be happy to activate the few exceptions for you, if you let us know.

Our pricing model
Pay only for what you need
Die Kosten für ein UniteOS-Portal setzen sich aus einmaligen Einrichtungskosten und monatlichen Kosten für Hosting, Support und Updates zusammen. Die Höhe dieser beiden Kosten hängt davon ab, welche Tools in euer Portal integriert sind. Solltet ihr Nextcloud, Rocket.Chat, BigBlueButton, eine WordPress Landing Page oder die iOS- und Android-App nicht brauchen, verringern sich die Kosten.

The costs depend not on how many users, groups or projects your portal has. All of this is basically unlimited. So you can scale without stopping without incurring additional costs.

Wir entwickeln oder integrieren fortlaufend neue Funktionen auf Wunsch unserer Kund:innen. Wenn ein:e Kund:in solch eine Feature-Entwicklung beauftragt und finanziert, haben anschließend alle was davon. Die neue Funktion aktivieren wir dann nämlich – wenn gewünscht – auch auf allen anderen Portalen. Durch diesen solidarischen Ansatz werden alle Portale stetig besser.

MokWi ist die digitale Plattform für nachhaltige und soziale Projekte in der KielRegion. Mit MokWi stemmen wir gemeinsam Themen und Aufgaben aus den Bereichen Leben, Mobilität, Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft, die nicht an der Stadt- bzw. den Kreisgrenzen Halt machen. Uns als Initiator:innen hilft MokWi dabei, einen Überblick zu bekommen, was die Menschen in der Region aktuell bewegt.
